“ONE, TWO, CONNECT!”

Moving to the most-awaited part of the event, BYS Cosmetics Philippines’ brand-new ambassadors Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, Jungwon, and Ni-ki, at last, entered the stage. They were greeted by thunderous cheers from fans, some, of who even came from Japan.

The boys then enthusiastically participated in the question-and-answer portion of the event.

The first to answer is Sunoo, who revealed that it’s their first visit to the Philippines. He said, “I am really happy and thankful to see a lot of ENGENEs so we hope to come often.”

When asked about the story behind the name ‘ENHYPEN’, Jake explained that en-dash and hyphen are used to connect the seven of them as they come together to discover and grow.

Revealing the music that he likes, Heesung shares that his favorite genre is Hip-hop, but he’s also interested in listening to various types of music.

As one of the top fourth-generation boy groups today, ENHYPEN has earned lots of recognition despite only being in the industry for two years.

When the host asked if he expect this level of success, ENHYPEN’s leader Jungwon candidly remarked,

“Yes, I have expected this kind of achievement but never expected to receive this amount of love from you guys. That’s why I am so thankful. Moving forward, we will do our best to be able to receive your support in the future.”

Sharing his experiences working, Ni-ki shared how happy they are to be able to go on tours. “Since the pandemic is over, we are so glad that we had the opportunity to see our fans from all over the world.”

A question from a fan – if he were deserted on an island, what are the two items that he would bring?” – Jay answered, “First is corn and second Jungwon because he can do anything.”

Imparting some inspirational message as advice to his younger self, Sunghoon conveyed,

“Live your life to the fullest. Because of figure skating, I was able to become a part of ENHYPEN. Always do your best.”

Fun Corners

Adding to the excitement, ENHYPEN gets closer to fans through various fun corners. They play charades, watch a few of their memorable videos, and speak Tagalog phrases among other things.

Making fans swoon with joy, ENHYPEN also did not miss performing their hit song “Polaroid Love.” The whole coliseum echoed with ENGENEs’ beautiful voices singing along with their most favorite.

Expressing their love to the boys, Filo ENGENEs prepared a fan project consisting of a video and a special hand banner that reads, “Our hearts beat together between the gaps of the universe.”

Soon as ENHYPEN saw the project, the audience sang a birthday song to Sunghoon and Ni-ki.

The Paradox Invaders

Capping off the spectacular night, ENHYPEN wraps up their fun meet with “ParadoXXX Invasion.” Before leaving the stage, the members also thanked ENGENEs and promises to return for their two-day solo concert Manifesto World Tour at the SM Mall of Asia Arena on Feb. 4 and 5, 2023.
