Based on Kang Chang-rae’s essay of the same name, Recipe For Farewell is a web drama that depicts the story of a husband and his family who are clumsy but take on the challenge of making food full of sincere efforts for his wife.

In the series, Han Suk Kyu plays the role of Chang-wook, a translator and humanities lecturer. Chang-wook prioritizes work over his family until he hears unexpected news from his wife Da-jeong (Kim Seo Hyung). From there, he prepares precious meals for her.

Albeit awkward in preparing meals, he does it with determination for his loved ones, eventually realizing the importance of family.

Based on a webtoon of the same name, the series is slated for December 7 airing. It chronicles the story of a boss who gets trapped in his smartphone and an intern who picked up his mobile phone.

Correspondingly, the webtoon received great love at the time of its serialization for its unique material and dynamic development that crosses comedy and thriller. Collaborating as the creative team of the series are director Lee Chul-ha (Okay Madam!) and Kim Myung-min who co-wrote Netflix’s Sweet Home.

Drawing life to Park In-seong, a student on a training job, is Chae Jong Hyeop. His life turns upside down when he picks up a cryptic mobile phone. Next, Seo Eun Soo transforms into Jeong Se-yeon, an AI-like assistant who cannot afford to dream. While usually indifferent to other people, she becomes In-seong’s strongest ally.

Lastly, seasoned actor Park Sung Woong takes on the role of Kim Seon-joo, president of an emerging IT company who gets caught up in a vague incident that led to his soul getting trapped inside his smartphone. He is a world-class developer who turns imagination into reality but possesses a bad personality.

Confirmed to drop all six episodes when it premieres, Connect traces the story of a new human being with an immortal body. It is a pursuit of the serial killer Jin-seop (Go Kyung Pyo) who shocked the world with his bizarre behavior of decorating the bodies of his victims after the murder.
