Cho Seung Woo Channels A Beaming Genius Engineer In “Sisyphus: The Myth” Teaser Photos

Trust Cho Seung Woo and his myriad manifestation of varying characters!

Dubbed as cryptic fantasy series, Sisyphus: The Myth promises a high-quality story. It plans to present a new paradigm of drama genre with innovative cinematography and a solid screenplay that transcend time and space.

Orchestrating the series is Director Jin Hyuk. His drama portfolio boasts favorites including The Legend of the Blue Sea, Doctor Stranger, The Master’s Sun and City Hunter to name a few. Working on the script are writers Jun Chan Ho and Lee Je In.

Genius Engineer Han Tae-sul

Crafting a new character, Cho Seung Woo aims another remarkable one as Han Tae-sul in Sisyphus: The Myth. He is the co-founder of world-class company Quantum & Time. His genius knows no bound as he can assemble and disassemble anything – anytime at anywhere with a simple tool.

He became the chairman of the conglomerate who owns a penthouse in a high-end building in Gangnam. With his ingenious engineering skills like synonymous to Tony Stark, his monthly salary and stock dividends are sky high.

In the published stills, Cho Seung Woo evokes the classic engineer vibe. His natural hairstyle and plain clothes raise his geek meter to the fullest. Blessed with a superior intellect, he fueled his company from its humble beginning.

However, there is a hidden darkness in Tae-Sul’s life, with both wealth and fame as well as talents that everyone would envy. It is a bondage from the past that he is yet to resolve.

Having suffered such a pain, he is set to announce the beginning of a dangerous and difficult Sisyphus journey as he faces new truths about his close friend’s death 10 years ago.

With just three images, you can see that the character Han Tae-sul has various charms, the production team said. They further reveal how Cho Seung Woo cut a deeper spirit to his new role through in-depth research and little details.
