Coupang Play series Decoy, which was released in 186 countries around the world was received well in January.
Prior to the release of Decoy Part 2 on April 7, the first trailer and poster were released.
Decoy is billed as a crime thriller drama that traces a rare criminal who is known to have committed a fraud of 5 trillion won. He died while on the run and was identified as a murder suspect eight years later.
Part 1 tells the story of what happens after the worst swindler of all time who died 8 years ago is identified as a suspect in a serial murder. Expectations are high for the expected unfolding of the mysteries surrounding the featured fraud in the story.
Correspondingly, the first trailer of Decoy Part 2 shows the intense action and the desperate moments of the main characters.
Gu Do-han (Jang Keun Suk) came to the conclusion that people related to No Sang-cheon (Heo Sung Tae) are serially murdered. Strangely, the purpose of these murders is to make the fraudster appear. Do-han asks someone, “Are you alive, No Sang-cheon?” It shows the full-swing chase to catch him in the concluding part of the series.
Then, the suspicious appearances of people trying to hide the truth, the meticulous deception fights, and the raw action scenes are the plot twists to expect from Part 2, where everyone will rush to chase the dead guy.
Accordingly, the first poster of Decoy Part 2, which was released together, draws both sides of Noh Sang-cheon, a terrible swindler, along with detective Gu Do-han who pursues serial murder case to the end and the victim and reporter Cheon Na-yeon (Lee Elijah).
As Part 1 ended with a scene where the prime suspect in a serial murder case made an extreme choice and the case ended, the murder warning message started again, raising countless questions, so viewers can look forward to what will transpire in the story.
Decoy Part 2 premieres on Coupang Play on April 7. International fans can watch it on Prime Video.
