Genie TV’s original drama Honour has unveiled a striking teaser poster, giving fans their first glimpse into a thrilling legal mystery led by Lee Na Young, Jung Eun Chae, and Lee Chung Ah.
Directed by Park Gun-ho, written by Park Ga-yeon, and produced by How Pictures in collaboration with KT Studio Genie, the series follows three female lawyers who must confront a scandal from their past that resurfaces with explosive consequences.
The teaser poster immediately grabs attention with the trio’s commanding presence and dramatic transformations. Lee Na Young, Jung Eun Chae, and Lee Chung Ah shine as the top lawyers of L&J (Listen and Join), a firm devoted to defending female crime victims.
Their poised, professional appearances, justice-emblazoned badges, and unwavering gazes embody the drama’s theme of “honor that never crumbles, even when broken.” A bold red line spells out HONOUR in cursive, symbolizing the trio’s solidarity and relentless pursuit of truth. Each actress brings her own charisma, making their ensemble performance one of the series’ most anticipated highlights.
The teaser video further showcases their courtroom prowess. L&J was founded on the belief, “We desperately needed a law firm dedicated to victims.” Yoon Ra-young (Lee Na Young), the firm’s charismatic public voice, challenges unconstitutional video testimony for minor sex crime victims on national TV. Kang Shin-jae (Jung Eun Chae), L&J’s CEO, drives the firm forward with fierce determination, while Hwang Hyun-jin (Lee Chung Ah) trains rigorously in martial arts, ready to confront baseless accusations head-on.
Fans can expect intense catharsis as Yoon Ra-young fearlessly confronts shameless perpetrators, firing back at cruel questions like, “Didn’t you enjoy it too?” and “Why didn’t you run away?” Her fiery declaration, “If my hands and feet are tied, I’ll bite; if my mouth is shut, I’ll headbutt you,” signals a refreshing, high-energy courtroom showdown.
The teaser ends with a dramatic declaration: “The real fight begins now,” teasing a complex web of past secrets and present scandals. The production team promises a high-quality chase drama, blending a tightly woven mystery, fast-paced action, and the explosive chemistry of its leading ladies.
Based on the Swedish drama of the same name, Honour premieres February 2 at 10 p.m.
