Starring Lee Ji Hoon, Han Chae Young, Ji Yi Soo and Koo Ja Sungthe series is a romantic thriller of four men and women who will stop at nothing to satisfy each of their own desires – including revenge, love, children and success.

Set to run for 12 episodes, Sponsor traverses scandalous love affairs between two men and two women. They will do whatever it takes to get what they want, and they will set out to find a sponsor that will satisfy their desires.


Meet The Lead Cast of Sponsor

Lee Ji Hoon as Lee Sun-woo

Portraying Lee Sun-woo, an editor and photographer is Lee Ji Hoon (River Where The Moon Rises, Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung).

He has a gentle image with a soft smile that can melt people’s hearts, but he’s a figure who is seething with a desire for revenge deep within. Burning ambition and a heartfelt desire for revenge are hidden behind his warm exterior.

Han Chae Young as Han Chae-rin

Han Chae Young takes the role of Han Chae-rin, a wealthy and beautiful CEO of a beauty product company. Although she doesn’t appear to lack anything, Han Chae-rin is
lonely on the inside and continuously craves love.

Her dangerous choices arising from endless desire cause various characters go to through unexpected changes and eventually end up in disaster.

Ji Yi Soo as Park Da-som

Playing the role of Park Da-som is Ji Yi Soo. She is an ambitious rising star who will do anything for success. At the same time, she struggles to protect her son who
has a rare disease.

She has a happy life with her beloved husband Seung-hoon and son Jin-young. However, she’s internally struggling between motherhood and success.

Koo Ja Sung as Hyun Seung-hoon

Suiting up as Hyun Seung-hoon is Koo Ja Sung, Da-som’s husband. He is a former soccer player who started his new career as a model. Struggling with poverty while having a
son with a rare disease, Seung-hoon anguishes at his reality.

Caught between family and success, he makes unpredictable choices. He is determined to overcome poverty and failures and will do whatever he needs to achieve his goals.

A Gritty Story of Love and Dreams

Where will the desires for dreams, love and passion lead them? Where will it end? What is the future for them?

See how actor Lee Ji-hoon portrays a flawless synchronization with his character who keeps a burning ambition and deepest desire for revenge hidden behind his warm exterior.

He’s someone who had no choice but to pursue cruel revenge for the sake of the ones he loves, so he rationalizes all his actions based on that. To him, revenge is a fate that he can’t escape.
