Ahn Bo Hyun, Jo Bo Ah, Oh Yeon Soo, Kim Young Min, and Kim Woo Suk are set to star in the upcoming courtroom drama about military prosecutors.
Directed by Jin Chang Gyu and written by Yoon Hyun Ho, 군검사 도베르만 Military Prosecutor Doberman (LT) narrates the story of two military prosecutors who pursued their careers with different reasons: one for money and the other one for revenge.
Writer Yoon also wrote several movies and dramas that the audience loved, such as Remember: War of the Son, The Attorney, and Lawless Lawyer. Having a background in writing law dramas, Military Prosecutor Doberman is a drama that we should look forward to. Moreover, Director Jin worked in Bad Papa and Chip In.
Strapping Line-Up of Casts
In the drama, Ahn Bo Hyun plays the role of Do Bae-man, who went to the profession of being a military prosecutor for the money. Ahn who is known for his impressive acting skills in Itaewon Class, Yumi’s Cells, and My Name, would now be wearing a military uniform that would showcase his new role.
Meanwhile, Jo Bo Ah grabbed the role of Cha Woo-in, who came from a chaebol family. Woo-In has a strong aura that shows her confidence and boldness as she fulfilled her reason for being a military prosecutor. Aside from her roles in My Strange Hero, Forest, and Tale of the Nine-Tailed, the audience would see the other side of Jo Bo Ah as she steps into a different genre.
Furthermore, grabbing her role as Noh Hwa-Young, Oh Yeon Soo becomes the first female division commander since the foundation of the army. Her role as Hwa-Young explodes with charisma and unfathomable expressions. The actress is known for her roles in Iris 2 and Triangle.
Added to the cast is Kim Young Min, who portrays Yoon Mong-goo, a lawyer under the special department. Kim also did many dramas like Crash Landing on You and The World of Married.
Lastly, Kim Woo Suk dresses up as Noh Tae-Nam, a third-generation chaebol who became a chairman of a large corporation at the age of 20. He proved his vast spectrum of acting skills in A Piece of Your Mind and Scripting Your Destiny.
tvN’s Military Prosecutor Doberman is expected to air in 2022.
