The new survival dance program for the best female dance crew, Street Woman Fighter, chose Kang Daniel to present the program
Mnet’s new dance competition program features talented women of Korean. Street Woman Fighter expects to broadcast this August.
The show consists of eight dance crew and competes to be the top global K-dance troupe. Dance genres such as hip-hop, waacking, and locking will execute by the teams.

Besides those, the audience can witness women rocking into crumping and breakdance genres.
Street Woman Fighter is made possible through Producer Choi Jung Nam and Chief Producer Kwon Young Chan. Jun Nam directed Dancing 9 and Hit The Stage. On the other hand, Young Chan is in charge of CAP-TEEN.
Furthermore, Chief Producer shares information about the show. Young Chan stated, “I think K-POP’s status is rising worldwide, and there is K-POP dance at the center. I wanted to show the dance crews who are making and leading this K-POP choreography to K-POP global fans.”
Meet Mnet’s chosen emblem of the survival show
Kang Daniel‘s journey of fulfilling his dreams as a performer comes with difficulty. In eighth grade, he involuntarily joined a b-boying club. Since then, he has found and fought his passion for performing.
In addition, Kang Daniel also experienced competing in a dance survival show. He made himself known by catching the hearts of his performance in Produce 101 Season 2.
He trained on the said program for more than two years and transfer between different agencies. After his hard work and passion, Kang Daniel debuted as a member of Wanna One.
Later, Kang Daniel finally made his solo debut and released an album entitled Color On Me. Since then, he has released three extended plays through his color trilogy project: Cyan, Magenta and Yellow.
Moreover, fans are pleased with Street Woman Fighter for making Kang Daniel their host. He perfectly fits as the face of the program, for he represents the determination of these women.
With that, he feels delighted and excited about the program. “I’m excited to see the stage of top-notch dancers. I am more honored to play a special role as MC.”
He continues, “I think I will get a lot of inspiration as an artist, and I will also help create the best stage by sharing experiences.”
