Lee Hyeri ponders and shares her experiences on her performances in Reply 1988 and My Roommate Is A Gumiho

Since Lee Hyeri steps into the world of acting, she has been receiving love and support from her fans. Before pursuing acting, the actress showed her talent in singing and dancing as a member of Girl’s Day.

Recently, My Roommate Is A Gumiho closes its chapters. But in Hyeri’s interview, her character as Sung Deok Sun is her “life character.”

 

Furthermore, she described Reply 1988 as”a glorious work.”

“Of course, I want to change my image. But there will be an appropriate time, and you should do it when you are ready. Any changes you make in a hurry will have negative effects on you,” Hyeri expressed.

Furthermore, Hyeri also unveils what it’s like for her to work with Ryu Jun Yeol. “I was grateful that so many people seemed to be interested. Ryu Jun Yeol always supports me. I am grateful that I feel respected.”

The actress also opens up on trying new roles. She added, “There are many roles I want to try, but I want to play a character that fits my age and can best show me. I always try my best, but I still have a long way to go.”

In addition, Hyeri’s portrayal as Lee Dam helped her have a “time to learn a lot.” The actress names My Roommate A Gumiho as her most popular filmed drama.

She continues, “Nevertheless, I am more thankful because I filmed happily with really good people in a good environment.”

Now that her last drama series ended, the actress once again accepts a historical drama. After her first film, Monstrum, Hyeri takes the role of Kang Ro Seo in When Flowers Bloom, I Think of the Moon.

In her new series, she pairs up with Yoo Seung Ho, whom she confessed gave guidance to her to better her craft.
