After failing to serve punishment to a famed but evil CEO of a conglomerate company, Prosecutor Han Ji-hoon (Park Hae Soo) moves to the office at the National Information Service.
His transfer is synonymous with an exile for prosecutors who means to claim justice in the right way but ends up getting defeated.
When a NIS director offered an inspection task to a Black Ops team in Shenyang, China; Ji-hoon volunteers. That is because the prize would reinstate his former position.
Before he could impose his authority though, he gets entangled in the current mission of the team led by Yaksha (Sol Kyung Gu).
Composed of Chief Hong (Yang Dong Geun) and strikers Hee-won (Lee El), Jae-gyu (Song Jae Rim), and Jeong-dae (Park Jinyoung); Yaksha’s team is trying to secure a North Korean key figure with an important intel.
The intel traces to a failed operation by Yaksha’s team in Hong Kong four years ago. It might also lead to diplomatic concern if the team fails to pull off the mission.
To obtain the intel, Yaksha and his team confront a sinister Japanese spy while protecting the daughter of a North Korean official who secured the intel.
Before the North Korean died, he tips Yaksha to protect Ju-yeon (Lee Soo Kyung) no matter what.
After a series of outmaneuvering confrontations, the villains are subdued. Prosecutor Han cleans up the case as advised by Yaksha.
Fortunately, the mission he stumbled on also led to a crucial intel that let him capture the arrogant CEO who thinks he is invincible.
Later, he also gets a call from Yaksha summoning him to join a new mission.

Filled with betrayals and surprises, the Netflix movie achieved an easy to grasp storytelling albeit the complicated world of spies.
The addition of Prosecutor Han who promotes normalizing “justice” in a place where lawlessness is a trademark bolstered the clever humor in the film.
Often at odds for their opposing perspectives about law and justice, Yaksha and Nike found a way to compromise for the greater good.
Vaunting a downright spy action story, the focus to keep the fight scenes consistent with fewer character dramas secured a plausible note in the movie.
