SBS continues to lead engrossment for Namgoong Min’s new series, One Dollar Lawyer!
To be broadcast for the first time on September 23, the series marks the actor’s 9th drama on SBS camp. This time, he challenges the role of a lawyer with exemplary intellect and skills.
One Dollar Lawyer (LT) won the Grand Prize at the 2015 SBS Screenplay Contest. The series is written by Choi Soo-jin and Choi Chang-hwan who both worked on the hit series Defendant.
Joining the prolific actor in the cast are Kim Ji Eun, Choi Dae Hoon, Lee Deok Hwa, Park Jin Woo, and Gong Min Jung.
In the drama, Namgoong Min takes on the role of Chun Ji-hoon, the most cost-effective courtroom hero that can be paid one thousand won. Contriving a story of justice for the underprivileged who are not protected by the law; the actor previously shared that the drama is a project he was excited about.

In the newly-published poster, Namgoong Min embodies Lawyer Cheon Ji-hoon. Wearing a three-piece suit, sunglasses and stylish perm like a British gentleman.
However, contradicting his elegant visual, the place where he is displayed is a vending machine. Moreover, he has a price tag of KRW1,000. This alludes to how his character is paid a thousand won only.
Interestingly, the text on the poster says: “how to live like a human being, I will protect you” drives curiosity. One Dollar Lawyer is expected to portray the greatness of Lawyer Cheon who genuinely helps the underprivileged not protected by the law
