Agency Episodes 3 and 4 Highlights
“You either Lead, Follow, or Get out of the Way”
Go Ah In, Kwon Woo Chul, and Choi Chang Su continue the stories in Agency with strong and stressful scenes. The two gentlemen were taken aback by Ah-in’s verdict. Woo-chul and Chang-su wish they could challenge Ah-in’s decision, but they know they don’t stand a chance against her might.
Then the drama shifted to Jo Eun-joo’s side, where the mother and child’s story was given more prominence. Her son mistook her lack of attention to him because of the time demands of her job. After some time, Eun-joo’s son got into a brawl at school.
Go Ah-in, in her capacity as Chief Creative Officer, plotted to fire everyone who didn’t deserve to be in the company. She had to risk her position to make the arrangement work. Her argumentative statement proves successful in the end.
“Forgive yourself and do not hide the pain behind your work.”
Go Ah-in and Chang-su’s animosity set the stage for action. Each tries to demonstrate superiority over the other, which only serves to further complicate matters.
After Ah-in’s quick victory, she visited her psychiatrist to pick up her medication. The consultation was interrupted, as usual, but the conversation was so natural that Ah-in broke down sobbing.
Eun-joo’s dilemma was then shown. With a child on her way, she couldn’t decide between her two passions. Even now, she can’t decide whether to give up or press on and pursue her goals.
On the other hand, the arrival of Kang Han-na in VC Group Company as one of its directors both slowed down the action and added suspense to the drama.
Ah-in and Han-na’s first encounter is fraught with tension that tests the latter’s emotional endurance. Ah-in works efficiently, and Han-na can’t help but clench her hand.
Agency Episode 3 and 4 Musings
After the promising premiere, subsequent fresh episodes of Agency continued to raise the stakes. Being voted as the new Chief Creative Officer in the previous episode, Go Ah In faces the challenges of her new position in episodes 3 and 4.
Furthermore, the tension and thrills of the drama are to be expected, given Ah-in’s indisputable quality of being able to outwit and outdo any challenge.
Additionally, it’s clear that everyone in the story is doing their part to advance the plot. The dramatic tension between the main characters is alleviated in some way by this.
Displaying the backstory of each supporting character, like Eun-joo, provides viewers with a better idea of what they may expect from the Agency as a whole.
Overall, the latest episodes of Agency lay a stronger groundwork for where the drama might go and what it can offer its audience.
