Imparting her excitement to the viewers, Han So Hee shares her thoughts and gives a glimpse of the story for Soundtrack #1!
Disney+ original series Soundtrack #1 follows a man and a woman who have been best friends for 20 years. They stay in the same house for two weeks and become acquainted with one another’s feelings. Additionally, the series is greatly anticipated for the pairing of globally prominent actors, Park Hyung Sik and Han So Hee.
Embodying the life of a lyricist with endearing honesty, Han So Hee portrays Lee Eun-soo. It garners attention considering the actress’ bubbly and lovely character, who is diametrically opposed to what she has demonstrated in her previous works.
When asked what sort of work Soundtrack #1 would be and what she would feature, the actress recounts their latest drama.
“Soundtrack #1 is a work that made me remember and look back at the fresh feelings of her unrequited love in her childhood and her youth at that time.”
As for why she opted to join the series, she discusses that there are a variety of reasons, but director Kim Hee Won is the main one.
“There are many reasons, but I think director Kim Hee Won is the biggest reason. Before filming began, she talked a lot and gained confidence that filming could be fun and enjoyable. She was also so cool and humorous that I thought it would be great to have a good time and make memories.”
The Charming and Honest Lee Eun-soo
Regarding her portrayal of Lee Eun-soo, she emphasized that she is an honest and appealing character.
“It may seem simple, but it is a character who is honest with his feelings and has a clear charm. I found this point to be the most attractive.”
Embracing the expression of such a bright character, the actress said, “Eun-soo has a lot of similarities to my original appearance. She took care of controlling the strength and weaknesses so that her honest and bold personality would not harm Sun-woo’s emotional line.”
On the other hand, Han So Hee also recalled an unforgettable episode during the filming of Soundtrack #1.
“I had a conversation with Hyung Sik sunbaenim, I want to see the first snow. I remember looking at her for a while.”
Finally, Han So-hee shows her worry and happiness in Soundtrack #1 by portraying a different type of character.
“I’m both nervous and happy to meet you in a completely different way from my previous works. I’m curious as to how the fans will see it because it seems to be the character that most resembles me that the fans know. Thanks to this, I am looking forward to the day when I can meet you all with Soundtrack #1 as soon as possible with a bigger and different excitement. Please pay a lot of attention,” she encouraged the viewing.
Meanwhile, Park Hyung Sik and Han So Hee’s romantic music drama Soundtrack #1 will premiere on Disney+ on March 23.
