Feelin’ like Gucci

The iconic rapper-singer has been making a name for herself since she debuted in 2005. When she released “Gucci” in 2017, the public finally appreciated the genius that is Jessi. “Gucci” paved the way for other hits like “Down”, “Who Dat B”, and “Nunu Nana”.

Jessi solidified her presence as one of the summer queens when she released “Down”. It’s a perfect track with a tropical feel, not to mention the steamy music video she prepared for her Jebbies to enjoy that summer of 2018.

Getting better and better

Following the sultry summer track, “Who Dat B” got us up from our seats as part of her pre-release singles for the album “Nuna”. Listeners can’t help but bob their heads to the addictive beat of the track as Jessi displays her rapping skills with a nonchalant attitude. The song is also her first release under PNation as she became the first artist to sign with the label.

2020 was the year the world turned upside down. A lot was happening everywhere but it was also the year when the popular video streaming app, Tiktok, became popular. Jessi’s next tracks would become viral sensations because of the app and it’s all the attention her songs deserve.

2020 was also the year when “Nunu Nana” broke the internet. Also, who can forget the iconic performance Jessi and Jackson did during the 2020 KBS Song Festival? Not us.

From then on out her singles become hot tracks to dance to wherever you are on the internet. “What Type of X” and “Coldblooded” have their own respective dance challenges. Finally, “Zoom” propelled her to being a viral sensation once again which led Jessi back to the stage, performing and doing what she loves.
