Aiming to go to a party, Kim Hyun-soo uses his father’s taxi without permission. However, he ends up meeting a woman who rides the cab nonchalantly. They end up spending a night on drugs and sexual intercourse. When he wakes up, he finds the woman’s lifeless body with no recollection of what happened.
Poised and polished, Kim Soo Hyun and Cha Seung Won made their drama returns with their trademark stellar acting persuasiveness in One Ordinary Day. Expected to raise an intriguing premise, the series does not disappoint acquainting the predicament of the lead pair.
Neatly introducing the main characters and the conflict that will run through the whole series, viewers can expect to feel like the audience to a trial period in the next six episodes.
Interestingly, we are already given thoughts to ponder on the possibilities if Hyun-soo is really innocent; and what could have happened. Like if he really went crazy somewhere after “that night’s stupor” or if there’s a hidden bigger picture and he was just framed.
