#200DaysWithKDRAMADIARY: Looking For Volunteer Asian Drama Content Creators & Writers

KDRAMADIARY wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and Joyous New Year!

Officially celebrating 200 days of K-Drama and Asian entertainment blogging, KDRAMADIARY is opening its door to aspiring writers and content creators.

If you share the same vision of providing insightful drama reviews and creative enough to transform drama memorable lines or scenes to attractive memes or videos, then join our humble and clever team.

Kindly take note though that KDRAMADIARY is a start-up business so it is not a paid position yet. Hence, if you cannot commit to the requirements, then please give way to those who are really willing to volunteer.

KDRAMADIARY covers Korean entertainment specifically K-Dramas and mixes Asian drama/film content as well.

While no monetary value is involved yet, as the site grows and if revenues pour; incentives will be given to committed staff members eventually. 🙂

Extra perks to attend fan meeting if you live in the Philippines will be provided. If you live outside my country, we can make arrangement as well for you to cover events. For now, selected KDRAMADIARY staff members will have access to Netflix, iQIYI, Viu or whatever prominent streaming platform you have in your area.

Check out the volunteer positions below to see if you are equipped for the role.

  • DRAMA REVIEWER

While KDRAMADIARY primarily focuses on Korean dramas since it is my writing niche, my expansion goal is to discover and present unexplored Asian drama stories. Hence, if you have been watching dramas from South Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan and other Asian countries for the last 10 years or more, this role fits you.

Why 10 years? Because KDRAMADIARY wants a fair assessment of drama reviews all the time. Having a deep knowledge is essential, and you can’t do it if you have just started watching.

As our reviews focus on drama message, our team needs someone with relatively balanced life and dramafan life experiences.

Commitment to write two reviews every month is also required.

  • DRAMA NEWS/FEATURE WRITER

For this role, I want someone who can write drama news in a conversational and smart way. Of course, your proven drama knowledge is a given requirement.

Commitment to write two drama news/feature each week is required.

  • GRAPHIC DESIGNER

If you are creative, love dramas but not much of expressing love through long writings, then maybe making memes/videos featuring kdrama quotes/memorable scenes would fit you.

If you can make it viral, then all the more wonderful. You just have to wait for the drama quotes and design it in amazing visual. Sounds easy right?

If you want to be a part of KDRAMADIARY…

Just email me a quick letter of why you want to be part of the team. If you are also currently blogging, you may send the link to your blog.

Also, please share to me your top 5 Asian dramas, and why you chose it.

P.S. I will personally train the successful applicants in the aforementioned positions.
