It’s a busy year for Ra Mi Ran as she decks a new series on TVING.
Scheduled on August 11, the seasoned versatile actress targets another compelling performance with Uhm Ji Won in Cruel Intern.
Cruel Intern (LT) 잔혹한 인턴 depicts the story of Go Hae-ra (Ra Mi Ran), who made a comeback as an intern after a 7-year hiatus. Experiencing an inner conflict, she receives a secret and cruel proposal from Choi Ji-won (Uhm Ji Won).
Go Hae-ra is a housewife who has been at the top of her career and is known as a workaholic. She faced an unavoidable wall of reality and devoted herself to childcare and housework for the past seven years.
She realizes that her legendary name has been lost during that time, and jumps into the re-employment front to regain her original character and place.
However, while struggling with the reality that no company recognizes her previous career, she is offered an internship by his former colleague, Choi Ji Won, who succeeded as the head of product planning. She eventually bends her pride and decides to return to her internship with a resolute attitude.
