Doctor Lawyer tells the story of an elite surgeon who specializes in general surgery and cardiothoracic surgery, Han Yi Han. His life then transformed as a surgery he conducted and is confident to be successful, unexpectedly fails.
As Yi-han’s medical license lifts, he returns four years later as a lawyer, specializing in medical litigation. While defending victims from medical malpractice and negligence, he is also on a mission to unveil the secrets behind the death of his last patient.
Joining the main leads’ roster, the versatile actor challenges the role of a man with immense power that will back up the hero of the story.
In the drama, Shin Sung Rok suits up as Jayden Lee, the Asian branch manager of a company specializing in lobbying and investment.
He is s a third-generation Korean American with an untamable character, willing to throw himself at risk for success and thrill. Moreover, he is a cryptic figure who possesses unconditional power.
Jayden Lee is expected to shake hands with Han Yi-han in various ways. The photos revealed by Doctor Lawyer show Shin Sung Rok in character.
One photo evokes Jayden Lee’s pensive mood while the other seemingly reflects he is in deep agony. Accordingly, it stimulates curiosity about the meaning of his unfathomable expression and what he is thinking so deeply.
