Fearless Gianna Jun spearheads Haidong branch park rangers amidst natural disasters in the newly unveiled Jirisan teaser!
The sneak preview follows Jun and Ju together with their national park ranger teammates, who must embark on perilous search and rescue missions on Jirisan under any conditions, whenever the warning sounds.
Through life-threatening storms, snow, floods and fire disasters, the Haidong Branch park rangers move at a moment’s notice to save lives. Jirisan is set to debut globally and exclusively on October 23rd on iQiyi.
In the intense, action-packed 30-second teaser, Gianna Jun, Ju Ji-hoon and their teammates are seen in many heart-stopping scenes including scaling Jirisan through a stormy night, rocks hurtling as they hang off rocks in their mountaineering gear and ropes, and a flash of someone falling. In some of the most dangerous scenes, Gianna Jun is seen in a great leap through a forested area that is ablaze and seems to barely survive.
Flashing between the spectacular action cuts are clues translated as “Perhaps a place I can’t climb to again,” “The truth is hidden,” and “When faced with the truth, their story begins,” suggest dangerous mysteries and untold challenges await Jun, Ju and everyone associated with the peak.
Jirisan follows the team of national park rangers who are responsible for the search and rescue on Mount Jiri. Experienced ranger (played by Gianna Jun) and rookie ranger (played by Ju Ji-hoon) are set to unravel the secrets of the peak.
