Exuding a saccharine vibe, the lead stars of Kokdu: Season of Deity hint at a bickering romance.
MBC’s upcoming fantasy-romance drama Kokdu: Season of Deity (WT) chronicles the story of Kkokdu (Kim Jung Hyun), the “god of death” who comes down to the earth every 99 years to punish humans. He meets Han Gye Jeol (Im Soo Hyang) a visiting doctor with mysterious abilities.
Previously, a romantic poster showing the lead pair locked in a warm gaze in the background of falling snowflakes was also unveiled.

In the released romantic comedy poster, the interaction between the god of the underworld Kokdu and the extraordinary human Han Gye-jeol heightens expectations.
Looking like a well-matched couple, Han-jeol beams brightly as she leans on Kokdu’s shoulder. Meanwhile, Kokdu appears to be frowning but evokes an adorable aura like he is left with no choice but to follow Han-jeol’s lead.
If the main poster reflects vagueness, the new poster assures lively moments to be anticipated between the lead pairing.
Kokdu: Season of Deity premieres on January 27 at 9.50 PM on MBC.
