Uhm Tae Goo, Han Sun Hwa, and Kwon Yul shared their heartfelt messages to fans as My Sweet Mobster wraps up tonight.
They expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support and admitted to feeling bittersweet as My Sweet Mobster comes to an end.
Uhm Tae Goo, who became synonymous with his character Seo Ji-hwan, expressed his gratitude. “It was my first time trying this genre, and though there were challenging moments, I hoped viewers would find comfort in it. The support and love from fans gave me great strength. I will continue to repay you with diverse acting. Thank you.”
Han Sun Hwa, who played the lovely Go Eun-ha, remarked happiness for experiencing a new character. “As a fan myself, I looked forward to every Wednesday and Thursday. It’s sad that it’s already the last episode. My Sweet Mobster was more enjoyable because of the viewers’ interest and love. I’m happy we brought joy to so many, earning the nickname ‘Water Peach.’ I hope the drama is remembered fondly and I will cherish the support you’ve given me.”
Kwon Yul, who portrayed the righteous prosecutor Jang Hyun-woo, also reflected on his experience. “Playing the bright and healthy Hyun-woo in a light-hearted story was a happy experience. The joyful atmosphere on set translated well on screen. Thank you for your support.“
My Sweet Mobster filmed with joy and happiness, promises a captivating finale. With Seo Ji-hwan (Uhm Tae Goo) having been stabbed by Go Yang-hee (Im Cheol-soo) instead of Seo Tae-pyeong (Kim Roe-ha) in the last episode, viewers are eager to see if he can escape danger and find happiness with Go Eun-ha (Han Sun-hwa).
Uhm Tae-goo added, “The actors’ diverse performances will continue, so please watch until the end.” Han Sun-hwa encouraged viewers, saying, “I hope everyone watches to see if this is the ending they want. It will be fun to think about which character reminds them of themselves.” Kwon Yul concluded, “The relationships and chemistry of all characters shine until the last episode. I hope you stay with us until the end,” heightening interest in the final chapter.
The final episode of JTBC’s My Sweet Mobster showcasing the chemistry and passionate acting of Uhm Tae Goo, Han Sun Hwa, and Kwon Yul, airs tonight at 8:50 PM.
