Maroo Entertainment announced that Park Ji Hoon has been cast as the main lead in the original wavve series Weak Hero. Yoo Su Min will helm the drama, planning to premiere in the second half of this year.
Weak Hero is an action-adventure in which Yeon Si-eun (Park Ji Hoon), a model student in the top 1% of seemingly poor grades, battles different forms of violence both inside and outside of school.
Park intends to show his acting growth by depicting a character who is inherently weak but uses his wits, skills, and psychology to control a jungle-like school.
