Park Jinyoung takes on the role of Dong-jin, a top-tier data miner in the industry. To prove that the woman he loves, Mi-jung, isn’t a witch, he majors in statistics. Ten years after graduating, he unexpectedly reunites with Mi-jung and risks everything to uncover the laws of bad luck that surround her, hoping to bring her back into the world.
Jinyoung, whose casting drew attention for his striking resemblance to the original character, is expected to captivate audiences with his uniquely enigmatic yet tender portrayal.
Roh Jeong Eui stars as Mi-jung, a mysterious woman who has isolated herself from the world after strange and tragic events occur to the men who fall for her. Believing she is cursed, Mi-jung lives in seclusion but longs to rejoin society.
The Witch is based on the popular webtoon of the same name by Kang Full, known for hits like Moving, Lighting Store, and Fool.
