Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist 2 adds romantic tension in the recent video teaser between Kim Min Jae and Kim Hyang Gi.
Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist 2 concluded its first season in September filled with healing stories and laughter. Slated to broadcast its sequel this January 2023, tvN teases fans with new hints of how the sequel will turn out.
The first season of the series touched the hearts of those who were emotionally hurt, giving them laughter and healing stories. It showed the growth of the Gyesoo Family, who overcame their own trauma while healing those suffering from mental illness.

Poong, the Joseon Psychiatrist 2 is a historical, comical, and medical drama that follows the story of a talented acupuncturist, Yoo Se-poong (Kim Min Jae). He meets Seo Eun-woo (Kim Hyang Gi), a widow, Gye Ji-han (Kim Sang Kyung), and other members of Gyesoo Clinic, with whom he became his second family.
The direction of Yoo Se-poong and Seo Eun-woo’s love story, according to the production team, will be noted in the second season. The previously released teaser video featured a romantic campaign style centered on the love stories of Eun-woo and Physician Gye.
In a field of flowers, Se-poong expresses his feelings to Eun-woo; “I hope this road will be a little longer,” and “I’m excited to go with you.”
However, they were interrupted by Lee Seo-yi (Woo Davi), who made Eun-woo anxious. Furthermore, the teaser also revealed a possible love rivalry with the appearance of Jeon Kang-il (Kang Young Seok).
Lastly, Physician Gye seems to also find love in Hanyang. The teaser showed him making a move on a mysterious woman, adding excitement.
