Wavve’s original drama Seasons of Blossom, based on a webtoon of the same name, started serialization in 2020, exploding in popularity on Naver, thereafter. It is co-produced by Playlist, Jaedam Media, and Corpus Korea, content powerhouses.
The Korean adaptation stars rising actors and actresses. Seo Ji Hoon, So Ju Yeon, Kim Min Kyu, Kang Hye Won, and Yoon Hyun Soo are ready to set September in the mood for love.
Wavve Parades Lead Cast For Series Adaptation Of “Seasons of Blossom”
It portrays a unique “growing romance” by intersecting the stories of “current teenagers” and memories of “past teenagers six years ago.”
The plot delves into the character development of youth characters who cannot be honest with themselves. It will specifically depict why one struggles and hides how to face the reality that awaits.
First, the two-person poster shows Han So-mang smiling (So Ju Yeon) and Lee Ha-min (Seo Ji Hoon) with a copy of “Once again, into that rain. Will you take me?”
As they draw excitement with their heart-fluttering poster, it makes viewers wonder about the meaning behind “into that rain.”
In the drama, Ha-min is said to be unexpectedly cynical in contrast to her bright appearance. Meanwhile, So-mang, a hopeless romantic sometimes surprises people with her timid appearance.
