Halfway through its story, Seohyun and Na In Woo develop Jinxed At First into intense conflicts and emotions. Furthermore, Seohyun showed in the latest broadcast how her character matured from an innocent girl to an independent lady.
Seohyun Stuns Viewers With Her Princess-like Transformation In “Jinxed At First”
Portraying the role of Seulbi, a lucky goddess who has the ability to see the future of those who touches her hands, Seohyun continues showing her acting versatility. In the seventh and eighth episodes of the series, the actress showcases different emotions contrary to how she painted the colorful personality of Seul-bi.
Soo-kwang and Seul-bi’s conflict started when Soo-kwang finally found out that Seul-bi’s ability was the cause of his mother’s death. He also realizes that Seul-bi indeed started his misfortunes in his life and was the reason to discard his real name.
Seul-bi frankly confessed everything from having the ability to see the future. However, Soo-kwang resented her for not being able to prevent his future despite knowing it.
In the end, Seul-bi was left with a big wound from Soo-kwang’s resentment and voluntary headed back to the place she escaped from. Furthermore, Min-joo openly accepted her return and promises that he will not manipulate and steal Seul-bi’s freedom again.
Sam-joong, who was greedy for Seul-bi and her mother’s powers suddenly pushes Seul-bi away from his son. This is because Sam-joong thought that Seul-bi will also become a monster like her mother after seeing different misfortunes of people.
Nevertheless, Min-joo continues to defend her and proved his love for her. Despite receiving much love from Min-joo, Seul-bi’s heart feels empty without Soo-kwang.
Moreover, her emptiness becomes much emptier now that her mother can’t recognize her and is mentally ill. As a result from her variety of charms, expectations are high for her performance in the series.
