The recently unveiled video teaser for The King’s Affection proves that the chemistry between the two actors is the story’s key point.
Upcoming historical and rom-com drama, The King’s Affection heightens expectations with another newly dropped teaser. SF9’s Rowoon and actress Park Eun Bin are set to make our hearts smile starting this October 11.
It follows the story of Lee Hwi (Park Eun Bin), who is raised to become the next crown prince after her brother died. To keep her identity, he pushes away people and became known as the “Ice Prince.”
Lee Hwi’s life then intertwines with her teacher, Jung Ji Woon (Rowoon). She slowly puts down her mask and opens her heart to him.
The recent teaser reveals more clues about Rowoon’s character, Jung Ji Woon. It also gave fans a hint that Ji Woon and Lee Hwi already met before, exciting further to how their love story develops.
Furthermore, the actor also shared why he chose and accepted this role. Rowoon emphasizes that he wants to “tell many stories” and is willing to take this challenging drama.
He added, “Unlike modern dramas, there are some restrictions on expressions. So I tried to keep the right lines and make fresh expressions in them.”
Rowoon also unveiled how he and Park Eun Bin worked on their chemistry. “I talk a lot with Park Eun Bin in the field, and I’m trying to fill in the contents with ideas. it has become a daily routine to share opinions with each other every day,” he stated.
