The new mystery-thriller drama The Road: Tragedy of One begins unveiling secrets and mysteries on the 4th of August on tvN.
Directed by Kim No Won and written by Yoon Hee Jung, the upcoming drama will air every Wednesday and Thursday.
The Road: Tragedy of One, tells the story of a devastative tragic accident that happens on a rainy night that creates an enormous tragedy.
The main characters, Ji Jin Hee, Yoon Se Ah, and Kim Hye Eun, already did their script reading which results in a magnificent combination.
Baek Soo Hyun As A Well Respected Anchor
In the story, the residents who live in “Royal the Hill” scatter elegance and prestige.
Ji Jin Hee plays the role of Baek Soo-hyun and is a popular broadcaster and journalist on a tv station.
Soo-hyun gained lots of respect from his viewers because of his strong convictions.
When he broadcasts news on the camera, his viewers already take it as the truth, however, he has a hidden personality.
He is distant and cold-hearted. He will do every means to get everything he wants.
Seo Eun Soo, a Defender of Her Family
Soo-hyun is married to Seo Eun-soo (Yoon Se Ah), the daughter of the chairman of a large business company known as the “Jegang Group.”
His father has a sweeping scope of influence in the political and economic industry and is known to be a heavy villain in the story.
Eun-soo is also known as being a great miniature artist and prioritizes her family.
She also does everything not to lose her dignity, but unfortunately, a tragedy knocked on her doors, but she still chose to protect her family.
Che Seo Young as a Perfect Woman
Furthermore, another character Cha Seo-young (Kim Hye-Eun), has everything she needs.
She has a prestigious job as a newscaster in a well-known station. Also, she has faultless educational background and a beautiful face.
Having all these, she still isn’t satisfied with everything she has.
The Mysteries of Those Who Live in the “Royal Hill”
After meeting the main characters, the drama engrossed many viewers because of the secrets that surround them.
Added to this are the twisted relationships and mysteries that gave birth to a tragedy.
Ji Jin Hee assures the viewers that they would enjoy the drama.

The premiere of “The Road: Tragedy of One” will be released on August 4 at 10:30 p.m on tvN.
