The wait is almost over! Prime Video has officially announced the release of Newtopia, a highly anticipated Korean zombie apocalypse series starring renowned actor Park Jeong-min and global K-pop sensation Jisoo of Blackpink.
Premiering on February 7, 2025, Newtopia will be available in Malaysia and more than 240 countries and territories, excluding Korea.
The gripping storyline follows Lee Jae-yoon (Park Jeong Min), a young man navigating the pressures of his mandatory military service, and his girlfriend Kang Young-joo (Jisoo), a rookie in the professional world. The couple, separated after a heated argument, must face a harrowing zombie outbreak in Seoul. Driven by love and determination, Jae-yoon and Young-joo race across a chaotic, zombie-ravaged city to reunite.

Jae-yoon, grappling with his late start in the military, faces deep uncertainty about his future.
