Kai of EXO has perfectly captured moments of how blessed and blissful singlehood is!
I Live Alone welcomed Kai in its episode on November 20. It sure gave his fans a lot of reasons to smile.
As previously announced, the EXO member gave a peek of his bachelor life in the most recent episode of the popular MBC show. Revealing his four months of living alone so far, the multi-talented Hallyu star opened his new place to the viewers.
Boasting minimalist design, Kai’s crib interestingly has secret doors connecting the rooms in his house. He explained the interior of the house takes a white concept like a canvas that he would fill in with his creative ideas.
Relaying the key points in each part of the house, like the sofa in his living room; the dining table and light in the kitchen; and the doors that blend and look like part of the wall. The doors he explained to be a unique concept because he wants everything to be connected like secret passages.

1. He loves clothes
At the start of the show, Kai presented his wide array of clothing selection neatly organized in two dressing rooms. He has one for tops and one for bottoms. Moreover, he also spends a lot of time deciding what to wear.
To start his day, Kai confessed his love of clothes and how he does not take the labels since he was 20 years old. When he was young he took it as his emergency fund source in case he will need money. He confessed enduring the itch or poke on his back. He also takes a while to decide his OOTD.
2. He is close with his family
Living in a dorm with fellow EXO members since he was 19 years old, Kai has been savoring his new-found freedom. But his closeness to his family comes first as he lives near to where they live.
He is a reliable younger brother to her sister willing to baby sit his energetic niece and nephew. Dotingly making sure they are fed well, he also loved playing hide-and-seek with them. Cutely quipping it is a game he loves because he gets to rest earned laughs from the members.
Little did he know that the little tykes would get back at him with how they commented that his dance skills are boring.
When they find it hard to settle on what to watch on TV, it was also revealed how his mom loves watching Kai’s video as spilled by her grandchildren.
3. He loves taking a walk and watching rabbits
Watching I Live Alone strips its featured guest with the candid moments that viewers can relate with their favorite stars. Whenever he gets an opportunity to rest, he takes a walk to neighborhood parks and enjoys finding rabbits along the way.
His genuine laugh finding a cute rabbit and capturing some photos reveals how an accomplished music artist like Kai also celebrates small joys.
Feeling compelled to speak on behalf of the rabbit and give him permission to proceed when he said he was smitten and wanted to touch it was probably a united “SAME” for all ladies who admired him.
4. He treasures friendship
After spending time with his sister’s children, he heads to meet his close friend of over 10 years. They met in middle school and he recently asked Kai to be his dance teacher since he is on a diet.
He gave him quick dance lessons of EXO’s “Tempo” and “Love Shot”. He further gave an impromptu lesson to I Live Alone members who gamely listened to Kai’s lead.
5. He likes solitude and being of help to his loved ones
Barely building his memories of living alone, Kai is so far doing a great job in knowing how to balance his work and life. When resting at home, he can work on building blocks and be happy about it.
Just like how he spent time giving free dance lesson to his friend and baby-sitting his sister’s children; he went extra mile to his already long day and took care of their family dog, Monggu.
It might seem easy, but the 10-year old dog of their family extremely demands attention. He did not let Kai work on his blocks and kept asking to be patted on. In the end, he ended up focusing on giving Monggu a relaxing body rub while watching horror movie, which Kai admitted to be a huge fan of.
