The Sea I Desire is ready to set sail next week. In case you missed some important things we list them down for you.
JTBC’s newest variety show features a star-studded cast. We got Lee Dong Wook, Kim Go Eun, Lee Ji Ah, Yoon Jong Shin, SHINee’s Onew, and Akmu’s Lee Su Hyun.
The Sea I Desire takes the concept by which the artist runs a live bar on the beach. They have special meetings and guests through music and homemade dishes.
With beautiful Pohang Beach in the background, it is an observational entertainment program that presents a romantic trip. Presenting invigorating music, the show sets up a special bar for those who want to escape the stress of their everyday life.
The pilot episode will be airing this Tuesday, June 29. Before that here are some things from the released teasers so far.

On June 17, They released the official poster. The cast is looking fresh with Pohang Beach in the background. The poster gave a summer feels since the summer season is starting now in Korea.
Subsequently, the promotional video was also unveiled. The roles of the cast are revealed in that video. Here are their role and work in the bar; Lee Dong Wook will be the Head Bartender and he will also help with other activities too. Lee Ji Ah suits up as the Chef, Kim Go Eun is the ocean guard, she has a scuba diving license and she is interested in the marine ecosystem.
Taking charge of the entertainment in the bar, the “performers’ line” has some work to do as well. Lee Su Hyun will be the senior employee, Onew will be in charge of the bakery and Yoon Jong Shin will entertain guests with his funny stories.
Notably, they will also help the community in keeping the sea clean and healthy.
What Viewers Should Look Forward To?
Kim Go Eun expresses her feelings as the airing of the pilot episode gets closer. She is grateful for the support they’ve been getting even before the launch date.
She also said to look forward to the beautiful scenery and melody that the show features. In addition, she said the singers in our bar will give you good music and they also give their guests good homemade dishes.
The cast will aid marine ecosystem problems like garbage that threatens the lives of many sea creatures and keeping the sea clean and protected.
The Sea I Desire is not your ordinary variety show. It is the kind of show where you can watch to have fun, to feel relax and to learn new things.
