ARMY all around the world is rejoicing right now.
Despite having Jin and J-Hope currently serving in the military, BTS is set to release a new single entitled “Take Two“.
On May 31, Big Hit made the announcement on Weverse that the group will be releasing a brand-new song. All 7 members participated in making the song. As per the announcement, “Take Two” is BTS’ way to express their appreciation to ARMY for their love for BTS.
Big Hit goes on to request ARMY’s love and support for “Take Two” in the hope that it will be a precious gift from BTS to their fans. The single will be released on Friday, June 9, at 1 p.m. KST. Suga participated in the production and RM and J-Hope participated in the songwriting.
BTS communicates the days they walked and the days they would walk with the fandom ARMY captures the theme of their upcoming music.
If their debut in 2013 was their first start, this is a song that conveys the message that everything from the past 10 years to the second act that BTS will move forward has always been possible because of ARMY.
BTS 10th Anniversary FESTA
In relation to this new release, BTS also announced the timeline for the 2023 Festa, which is a month-long celebration of BTS’ anniversary. This year marks the band’s 10th year.
Fans can’t help but be curious as to what is in store for this 2023 Festa, especially with 2 members currently in enlistment.
