A man who wants to uncover the truth behind a murder case and a woman who desires to stop her parents’ wedding. They realize that their goals are connected and work together to accomplish their respective missions.
In the drama, Kim Dong Wook plays Yoon Hae-jun. He travels back in time to 1987 to find the culprit who killed him. Jin Ki Joo portrays Baek Yoon-yeong, who is somehow imprisoned in 1987 to prevent her mother’s death.

Time Travel to 1987
Hae-jun accidentally gets a time machine by chance one day. While traveling through time, he and Yoon-yeong get stuck in 1987 due to an unfortunate accident.
They then experience a mysterious serial murder case in a village called Ujeongri.
Still grieving over her mother’s death, Yoon-yeong encounters her mother Sun-ae, a high school girl in 1987.
Hae-jun, who stays in 1987 to prevent his own death, fakes his identity as a Korean language teacher.
Meanwhile, Yoon-young pretends to be a student at Woojung High School, to prevent her mother’s death.
Whether they will be able to achieve their respective goals that are connected and if they can return to the present is one anticipated point of the series.
A Serial Murder Case in Ujeongri
Hae-jun and Yoon-yeong contemplate the suspicious people to prevent the serial murder in Ujeongri.
