It was a “good day” for “good boy” Kim Seon Ho as he officially joins Globe as its brand endorser!
Philippine telco company Globe gifts Filipino K-Drama followers something to smile after securing fan favorite Kim Seon Ho as its newest member of the family. With that a heart-fluttering virtual date with PH Seonhohadas happened on Kmmunity PH Facebook group on March 21.
Filled with references from K-Drama Start-Up where the actor received immense fan love, Kim Seon Ho gamely participated in traditional Filipino games and fun treats pleasing his fans.
Adorably, he also worked on a few Filipino phrases like “sana mapanaginipan mo ako” (hope you dream of me) or “ang ganda ganda mo” (you are so beautiful). It definitely made his fans reached cloud nine for the fan service. Making serious effort to guess Filipino translations of English phrases, he particularly did well on his on-screen moniker – “Dimple Prince” which in local language means “Prinsipe ng Biloy”.
A Glimpse To His Favorites
When asked about his favorites by Filo Seonhohadas, the actor picked going back to Cebu, a popular tourist destination in the Philippines, since he had fond memories of his last visit there. Sharing a heartening detail about his favorite daily routine, Kim Seon Ho revealed starting his day right with a breakfast with his family.
If his kindness to indulge fans on their requests (like a five-second staring game, oh my!) weren’t enough, luckier were those who were able to join him onscreen for some games and those who were able to join for a virtual group photo.
Grateful to his fans, he hopes to return the support. He said in the event:
“I truly am here because you guys are there. And I am feeling all the support and gratitude. I want to be able to give back all the love that I’ve received from the fans.”
The actor’s debut to stardom began when he played the character of Han Ji Pyeong ‘Good Boy’ in Start-Up — becoming one of the most loved in the series with his charming smile and light demeanor. He is also a fixed member of well-loved variety show, 2 Days 1 Night.
His notable works include Welcome to Waikiki 2, Two Cops, 100 Days My Prince and Strongest Deliveryman, which won him the best new actor award at the 36th MBC Drama Awards.
