At the set, the actor reportedly received applause for his high-level horseback riding skills despite not being able to engage in the said activity for a while.
In the subsequent interview, Lee Joon Gi marvels at his visit in Jeju Island.
He said, “I went back to Jeju Island after 10 years, and it looked new. It seems to have become more mysterious and beautiful. Thanks to that, it felt like working and relaxing at the same time.”
Flower of Evil + Bucket List
Grateful for his recent work on Flower of Evil, he expressed happiness for the love and excessive praises it received. He takes pride of showing off a deep, heavy yet warm humanistic work that left a deep impression to viewers.
Hinting on his next project, he aims to do a work with good stories and messages that will provide comfort, hope and joy to many people.
When asked about the upcoming spring bucket list, he said, “Before Corona 19, I wasn’t interested in traveling. I was worried that traveling alone would be more lonely, but the time I left to meet with fans was a happy trip for me. I miss people and feeling free to see and experience the world because I can’t do much right now. I would like to go on a trip of my own if the situation stabilizes someday.”
Finally leaving a message to his fans, he confessed feeling burdened of not being able to meet his supporters.
“I want to give you a better happiness this year through a good work. I want to happily reunite with you again. I sincerely thank everyone who always sends me consistent support and love,” he said to the fans.
