Previously unveiled by tvN, Delightfully Deceitful gears up for its premiere in May.
Top-billed by Kim Dong Wook and Chun Woo Hee; Yoon Park is also announced to appear in the lead cast.
Delightfully Deceitful tells the collaboration between two completely different people, a fraudster who cannot empathize and an overly sympathetic lawyer. It is a revenge story against absolute evil.
Chun Woo Hee takes on the role of Lee Reum, a genius swindler who makes a fortune with a thousand faces and flamboyant speech. She has a brilliant brain and tremendous memory skills but carries deep wounds within.
Kim Dong Wook plays the role of Han Moo-young, an overly empathic lawyer who is completely Lee Reum’s opposite. His unique empathy moves others’ feelings.
Lastly, Yoon Park portrays Go Yo-han, a probation officer who protects and observes Lee Reum.
As such, Delightfully Deceitful builds an interesting pole-to-pole relationship that foreshadows an act of revenge that would be impelled by an unlikely collaboration.
The production team expounds on the drama’s story and praises the lead characters.
