Following the character teasers, Can We Be Strangers released the main poster evoking a romantically charged moment between Kang Sora and Jang Seung Jo.
Strangers Again is an original drama on Genie TV directed by Kim Yang Hee and written by Park Jin Ri, starring Kang Sora and Jang Seung Jo. The storyline follows the romantic and personal development of two divorce lawyers who ended their marriage but struggle to part ways with each other.
Known as the “goddess of litigation,” Kang Sora will play the character of divorce attorney Oh Ha Ra, while Jang Seung Jo will portray her witty ex-husband and fellow divorce attorney Goo Eun Beom.
The previous teaser poster captured the subtle chemistry between Oh Ha Ra and Goo Eun Beom, showing the two having a secret conversation like a couple in love just before kissing.
Meanwhile, the main poster shows Oh Ha Ra and Goo Eun Beom sharing knowing looks at a classy whiskey bar with a romantic atmosphere. After their divorce, they lived like total strangers but eventually ran into each other at work.
From a distance, they appear to be the ideal couple, yet upon closer inspection, they radiate both tension and calm.
Kang So Ra’s comeback to the small screen in Can We Be Strangers? is highly awaited. It marks her first appearance on TV since she tied the knot in 2020 and gave birth to her daughter in April 2021.
Strangers Again premiers on Genie TV and ENA channels on January 18, 2023.
