The latest stills featuring Yunho and Nayoung from the ongoing drama Imitation may probably confuse you at first glance but we can’t deny that they are incredibly attractive!
Gaining steady popularity week after week, KBS piqued the interests of K-Drama fans once again by releasing new stills of Yunho and Nayoung with regards to the latest episode of Imitation.
Circling around the theme of K-Pop, specifically the lives of idols who are working hard for their dream, Imitation is based on a Kakao Page webtoon under the same name. The story aims to deliver a message of support for K-Pop idols who are all undergoing struggles to gain recognition and amidst heavy competition.
Taking on the role of Lee Maha is Jung Ji So, who is the center of the three-member girl group Tea Party. Lee Jun Young of U-KISS is up for the role of Kwon Ryeok, who is also the center of boy group SHAX, while ATEEZ’s Yunho portrays Lee Yoo Jin, a Sparkling member. The role of Shim Hyun Ji, a co-member of Maha, wen to Lim Nayoung, who has already proved her amazing skills in various acting endeavors before.
Hyun-ji’s Secret Crush
During the 4th episode, Yoo Jin gave flowers to Maha after she finished her schedule. This took place after competing with Kwon Ryeok, whose passion is indeed overflowing. Amidst all of these, Hyunji is slowly showing interest in Yoo Jin. She became disheartened by the fact that Yoojin has feelings for Maha alone.
In the stills released, Yoo Jin and Hyunji participated in a photoshoot together. Both of them never got together without Maha until the said schedule took place.
Demonstrating professionalism, Yoo Jin and Hyunji, whose focus is to conclude the filming with flying colors, showcased their stunning and breathtaking auras. Both of them sport deep and piercing gazes as well as poses that make them look like a “power couple”.
In the images that followed, Hyunji was seen smiling brightly while holding her phone with her two gorgeous hands. Unable to resist her deep admiration for Yoo Jin, she takes a couple of photos of him with full enthusiasm.
However, the latter only cares about the photoshoot, without even realizing Hyun-ji’s feelings for him. The still showed Yunho posing in a cool and boyish manner.
The production crew of Imitation stated, “The change in the relationship between Yoo Jin, who only sees Maha with one heart, and Hyun Ji, who has a growing heart for Yoo Jin will double the excitement, so please look forward to it.”
