Viewers Would Find Solace Watching Hospital Playlist 2

The director added three key points that help us determine his plan for this season. Even though he wanted a deeper and a bit different story, he planned to keep the atmosphere and emotions that season 1 gives. “Season 2 will draw references from Season 1”. He also added, “the difference between the two seasons is our characters aged a year so we jump a year too, the depth of life and relationship, go as the time goes by with it. I think the depth of the story will make the viewers feel different.”

PD Shin lastly added why the drama varies from other recent dramas. “Nowadays, more dramas involve disturbing, extreme plots, I thought many viewers will feel overwhelmed (from watching those),” he said. “As we get older, it’s too exhausting to watch them because we tend to lean towards comfort rather than struggle. And I believe viewers will feel the same way. Hospital Playlist 2 will always stay with its light and heartwarming elements.”

A Friendship Twice Charming and Fun!

Our lovely 99’ers crew are back! Jo Jung-suk (who plays Lee Ik-jun), Yoo Yeon Seok (Ahn Jeong-won), Jung Kyung Ho (Kim Jun-wan), Kim Dae Myung (Yang Seok-hyeong), and Jeon Mi Do (Chae Song-Hwa) with their respective roles are ready to show off their bond

The excitement of the fans is rising for each update of this drama. Yoo Yeon Seok shared his feeling about the drama “It’s my first season drama, When I got my script, read it then filmed it, everything was new to me.”

Jung Kyung Ho also added that their love stories are also included.  Jeon Mi Do hinted there will be heartwarming, tear-jerking episodes about the patients. The cast can be seen with better chemistry than ever. Their bond grows both off-cam and on-cam. They also urged the viewers to look forward to their “true chemistry” which will be showcased in every episode of this season.

Plot Continuation, Possible Cameos & Signature Great Songs

Season 1 ended in a cliffhanger and fans are on edge to find out what will happen. Now that episode 1 of season 2 is about to air. We will finally unveil the continuation. The plot for this season will also be more focused on their daily and ordinary lives rather than just their jobs as doctors.  “The simple and everyday stories that we have told until now will be drawn out with even more warmth and depth,” said PD Shin.

Mido and the falasol are coming back again too. Many viewers are expecting some good cover songs from the band. The band is something special for the story and the cast also. PD Shin said the actors had to practice playing instruments and songs for this drama. Jeon Mi-do mentioned they will cover “a lot of good songs”.

Lastly, there are speculations that there will be cameos in this season.  Director Shin likes to put cameos on his dramas. So,  the viewers are excited for those actors that will possibly do the cameo. Although it’s not yet confirmed.
