Kim Nam Gil, Lee Da Hee, Cha Eun Woo and Sung Joon hype interest by sharing their thoughts and insights on Island Part 2.
TVING original series Island is a fantasy action drama depicting the journey of people destined to fight against the evil that is trying to destroy the world.
In response to the passionate love received from the viewers, the main leads share observation points that would further increase immersion ahead of the launch of Island Part 2.

First, Kim Nam Gil, who plays the role of Van, conveys the narratives of major characters will be developed into a more solid drama. Watching how their relationship will grow in the process of resolving key events that caused conflicts between characters will be an exciting point to watch.
“I think Island has great meaning aside from being a fantasy drama that has never been seen before. I am more than happy to be known to people all over the world.”
Next, Lee Da Hee who plays the role of Miho, an heiress of a rich chaebol family is the reincarnation of Wonjeong, a key figure that is detested by lust demons wreaking havoc on the earth.
The actress relays paying attention to the entangled fates of the characters.
“Please pay a lot of attention to how Miho will awaken the power of the past and how she will protect Jeju Island from evil by joining forces with Van and Johan. If you think of the connection between the characters that are especially entangled, you will be able to enjoy Part 2 more.”
In addition, Lee mentioned the ‘law of cause and effect’ is a reverberating message of the series. She wants that to be an inspiring lesson for the viewers.
“We also think that the things that happen to each individual have causes and consequences. I hope everyone will work hard in 2023 with a positive mind.”
Cha Eun Woo, who plays Johan, the youngest exorcist, picked ‘John’s worries and growth’ as the point to watch in Island Part 2.
“I hope you can resonate with what Johan worries and how he grows. Please look forward to the fantastic chemistry that will be created with the various characters in the play.”
He also expressed strong confidence in Part 2, saying that he would like ‘Island’ to be remembered as a ‘fantasy action restaurant’ drama.
Lastly, Sung Joon chooses the entirety of the series as a good enough reason to appreciate and anticipate its airing.

Taking pride in Island Part 2, he expressed fondness for the series.
