A trailer for episode 7 of Island Part 2 was released, announcing the beginning of the tangled destiny from the previous life of Wonjeong, Van and Gung-tan.
The preview video released begins with Johan (Cha Eun Woo), who is full of anger over Gung-tan. After the death of his older brother Chan-hee (Choi Tae Joon) at the end of episode 6, Johan, who was deeply saddened, raises questions about what kind of confrontation he will have with half-humans-half-demons.
