Kim Young Kwang Is A Penniless Chaebol Who Pleads Food From Choi Kang Hee In “Hello, Me!” Latest Teaser

Miserable and unsuccessful, a woman thinks she’s lost all her spark — until one day, her spunky younger self appears in front of her demanding change.

Hello, Me is a thought-provoking drama targeting women in their 30’s and 40’s featuring Choi Kang Hee and Lee Re. To make it even more interesting it will involve time traveling.

The series threads on the story of Ban Ha-ni, a 37-year old woman who once lived a happy and vibrant youth full of laughter and dreams. However, reality hits hard and 20 years later, she leads a timid life – an exact opposite of her promising young self. In a twist of crazy fantasy, her 17-year old self time traveled and witness a front seat to a future she never imagined.

Hello, Me! Latest Teasers

Previously, KBS unveiled main posters featuring the love pairing. One shows Kim Young Kwang leaning on pouting Choi Kang Hee who was wearing a squid costume. The other has the two seemingly fusing to their younger selves.

Today, the newly released photos feature the main leads at a bus stop scene. Portraying Han Yoo-hyun, a second generation chaebol son, Kim Young Kwang induces laughter to his food pleading.

Confident of the lead pairing’s synergy, the production team promises a drama of addicting and various charms. “With the unique combination of a penniless chaebol and a typical 37-year-old woman with no dreams, goals, or hopes; we will provide fresh fun that we have never seen before,” said the production team.

Based on Kim Hye Jung’s novel, the screenplay will be penned by Yoo Song Yi with Director Lee Hyun Seok helming the production.

It is scheduled to broadcast its first episode on February 17 at 9:30 PM on KBS 2TV. Global fans can watch it on Netflix.
