Showcasing life in an advertising agency, JTBC released official teasers for their upcoming drama Agency.
Agency is a workplace drama directed by Lee Chang Min. The story follows Go A In (Lee Bo Young)’s career path as she climbs to the highest position in an advertising agency. She came from a poor family and didn’t graduate from a prestigious university.
However, her background didn’t stop her eagerness for success. Her colleagues view her as a person who only cares about achievement and money.
Through her dedication, she strives to become the first female lead executive at a major advertising agency.
Jo Sung Ha (Choi Chang Soo), Son Na Eun (Kang Han Na), Jeon Hye Jin (Jo Eun Jung), and Han Jun Woo (Park Young Woo) will also be part of the drama.
Agency Released Its First Teaser
The first teaser video released shows Go A In’s desperate war to secure her spot. The scene displays the daily lives of professional advertisers who compete fiercely.
Go A In, the first female lead executive is known for being strategic and perfectionist. “Those who have nothing to lose, don’t think positively. We think based on the amount.” The audience is impressed with her powerful and professional aura.
The room is filled with tension as the characters clash. “Easy things don’t suit me,” Choi Chang Soo answered.
Second Teaser
In the second teaser video, it was revealed that Go A In’s promotion was not solely based on her ability. Choi Chang Soo sarcastically said, “You know more that you are not qualified to be an executive.”
“Accept everything. I have high expectations,” Group Chairman Kang Yong Ho (Song Young Chang) added.
In addition, Kim Tae Wan (Jung Seung Gil) interfered, “Exactly one year. It’s the term of office of the late managing director, so please accept everything.”
As she faced her downpour situation, Go A In was even more determined to prove herself. “There are humans who become more vicious when they are defeated. Such people made history. I’m going to make one,” she declared in a heartbreaking yet calm tone.
The production team mentioned that Agency portrays the story of real people at an advertising agency.
“Like a ghost, they create messages by reading people’s desires. They are striving to be the best in whatever they do. Please look forward to the tough stories of those who are willing to live a life like war to stand at the peak.”
Agency will broadcast for the first time on January 7 at 10:30 pm (KST).
