Disney Plus confirmed the launch date of its new series starring Jung Ryeo Won and Lee Kyu Hyung.
May It Please The Court will be released on September 21. Acquainting viewers further, an additional preview of the series is unveiled through the released trailer and poster.
Billed as a courtroom mystery drama, the series features two lawyers working together amidst their contradicting personalities.
Noh Chak-hee (Jung Ryeo Won) is a self-righteous lawyer who does anything for success. In contrast, Lee Si-baek (Lee Kyu Hyung) is a special lawyer who does not care if he got stuck, and will work on his task diligently.
In the teaser poster, Jung Ryeo Won gives off an arrogant expression While Lee Kyu Hyung looks at her with utter dissatisfaction. Hinting discord, they attract attention to their story.
Subsequently, in the released teaser video, the two call each other with not-so-pleasant nicknames.
In particular, their strong lines give a peek at the lead pairings’ characteristics. Lee remarks he took precautions while Jung declares his fearless presence. This further heightens the synergy they will create.
May It Please The Court premieres on September 21 on Disney Plus!
