A thrilling underdog workplace story will unfold in Numbers!
Scheduled to air in the first half of 2023, Numbers presents an office drama featuring a high school graduate accountant who fights against the absurdities of a giant accounting firm.
Realizing justice in a way that is unlikely for an accountant; Numbers explores the world of accounting firms and accountants, foreshadowing the birth of a drama that will provide a riveting adventure.
Both Kim Myung Soo and Choi Jin Hyuk make their small-screen comeback in Numbers. Kim marks the series as his post-military project.
He portrays Jang Ho-woo, the first and only high school graduate accountant who joined Taeil Accounting Firm, one of the Big 4 accounting firms in Korea. He has an excellent memory, observation, and an innate sense for numbers, which are essential for accountants.
Consistently impressing with his works, Kim Myung Soo plans to realistically portray the role of Ho-woo, who is equipped with a sense of justice. His notable and most recent dramas include Miss Hammurabi, Angel’s Last Mission Love and Royal Secret Agent.
Next, Choi Jin Hyuk takes on the role of Han Seung-jo, the only son of the vice president of Taeil Accounting Firm. In the drama, Seung-jo has a good family, a good academic background, and a good character. So, he has everything without lacking enough to be called a swindler.
Demonstrating excellent acting skills in various genres, the actor is raising expectations for what kind of portrayal he will unleash through the role of Han Seung-jo. Previously, he impressed viewers in The Last Empress, Rugal and Zombie Detective.
The production team asks for viewers’ interest in the new work that stars two talented actors in an attractive story.
