MBC Drama “Numbers” Taps Kim Myung Soo and Choi Jin Hyuk In Main Leads
Through the story of accountants who analyzes the risk and power of numbers, it is expected to provide both thrilling tension and an exhilarating story.
Accordingly, the perfect synergy created by characters with unusual narratives such as Kim Myung Soo (Infinite L), Choi Jin Hyuk, Choi Min Soo, and Yeon Woo is also considered a point of observation that should not be missed.
In the drama, Kim Myung Soo portrays Jang Ho-woo, the first and only high school graduate accountant who joined Taeil Accounting Firm.
He has excellent memory, observation skills, excellent spontaneity, and is innately drawn to numbers. Thus, he is truly a person with perfect conditions as an accountant.
There is a special reason why Jang Ho-woo, who has a sense of justice that once dreamed of becoming a police officer, chose the job of an accountant.
Why he became an accountant and the real reason he joined Taeil Accounting Firm is expected to unfold excitingly as the key plot points in Numbers.
A One-of-a-Kind Accountant
Correspondingly, the first stills released for Jang Ho-woo are captured perfectly by Kim Myung Soo who colored the character with passion and ambition. The bright eyes in a neat suit give off a fresh charm that can be called a new employee who has just joined the company.
On top of that, the colorful facial expressions of Jang Ho-woo, a new accountant who became a member of Taeil Accounting Corporation, also draw attention. As a member of the company, the tension is evident as he took his first step, while in another image, the passion and aspiration to do anything hard are palpable.
Kim Myung Soo cited the script as the first reason for choosing the work.
“It was interesting to see the industry’s first high school graduate accountant enter the best accounting firm in Korea and start from the bottom and overturn the game. I was especially impressed with the unpredictable secrets and the story of the characters being revealed one by one, and I was curious about how the next story would unfold in each episode. Ho-woo’s charm for me is how he solves the problem whenever an incident occurs.
