Rom-com legal drama One The Woman confirms Honey Lee playing two contrasting characters.
She is back with a unique role and intriguing story for One The Woman. SBS also confirms the appearance of Lee Sang Yoo, Jin Seo Yeon, and Lee Won Goon.
The new SBS Friday and Saturday drama adds more fuel following the slot to be vacated by the hit series The Penthouse. Director Choi Young Hoon (Good Casting, Band Of Sisters) and Writer Kim Yoon confirm their collaboration for One The Woman.
Choo Yeon Joo, played by Honey Lee, is a prosecutor who lost her memories in a car accident. When she wakes up, she becomes Kang Min Ah, an heiress to a villainous chaebol family.

Moreover, Choo Yeon Joo is a daughter of a gangster who passed the Seoul National University Law School impeccably. On the other hand, Kang Min Ah is also the daughter-in-law of the leading conglomerate company in Korea.
In addition, she is an extramarital child of the chairman of the Yumin Group, also a rich household. Because of that although she lives in a wealthy family, her mother-in-law makes sure she suffers under her roof.
Honey Lee also returns to give more laughter to K-Drama fans. The actress has proven her acting skills on Fiery Priest, Please, Come Back Mister, Modern Farmer, and more comical series.
Now that she is back on the small screen, the actress promises to “give off 200% comical acting experience.”
“I’ve read the work ‘One the Woman’ so interestingly, and I’m happy to be able to meet viewers with this work,” said Lee.
She continued, “It’s not an easy filming site because of Corona 19 virus, but I’m shooting with excitement when I think I’m meeting viewers.”
The production team of the series reveals, “Honey Lee is perfectly immersing to her roles with her constant character research and excellent expression.”
One The Woman will premiere on September 17 following The Penthouse.
