To be broadcast on August 10, The Killing Vote (LT) will be organized as a once-a-week drama every Thursday.
The Killing Vote narrates the story of tracking down an unknown and elusive extortionist who conducts a national death penalty vote on vicious criminals and executes them.
It is based on the popular webtoon of the same name, which has been serialized on Kakao Webtoon and Kakao Page recording about 130 million views to date.
The series stars Park Hae Jin (From Now On Showtime, Kkondae Intern), Park Sung Woong (Unlock My Boss, Bloodhounds) and Lim Ji Yeon (The Glory, Lies Hidden In My Garden) in lead roles.
Making his drama comeback is reliable actor Park Hae Jin who portrays Kim Moo-chan, head of the 1st team of the Southern Police Agency’s regional investigation unit.
Playing Kwon Seok-joo, a legal scholar who personally murdered the criminal who raped his 8-year-old daughter and turned himself in, but is serving a long term in prison is versatile actor Park Sung Woong.
Continuously challenging herself with different roles, Lim Ji Yeon takes the role of Joo-hyeon, a 5th-year police officer at the Cyber Security Bureau of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency.
The Killing Vote launches its two-episode consecutive broadcast on August 10, 9 PM on SBS.
