A New Challenge for Kim Tae Hee

It is expected that Kim Tae Ri, who has never betrayed expectations and completely assimilated the role she played in each work, will gain wings to take a further leap forward by meeting ‘Kim Eun-hee’s genre’.

Her new character, Gu San-young is pictured as a person who perseveres and does her best to live a hard life even when faced with difficult and harsh reality. She works part-time during the day and studies for civil service exams in the evening in place of her mother who lacks vitality. But one day, after receiving something she shouldn’t have received, she is gradually consumed by the evil spirits.

The unveiled character stills contain the two faces of Kim Tae Ri a mixture of Gu San-young and Demon. Gu San-young is seen as a regular Korean worker who wants to live a ‘normal life’. Wearing a large delivery bag, looking at a notepad while studying, you can feel her exhaustion. Then, when possessed by the Demon, her murderous eyes are filled with hostility.

Sharing what made her decide to challenge Revenant, Kim Tae Ri also revealed her character preparations.

“The biggest attraction was that it was a genre that I had never tried before. More than anything, it seemed like it would be fun. In addition, about acting different beings, I focused on each situation. I had to be a different being with the same face for a moment, so I tried to differentiate with motion.”
