Announcing the beginning of the series production and promotion, Stealer The Treasure Keeper reveals table-read moments shared by the lead stars.

Stealer The Treasure Keeper is a caper comic action series in which a mysterious cultural property thief and an unofficial cultural property recovery team unite against people who cannot be judged by the law.

Joo Won takes on the role of Hwang Dae-myung, a civil servant who goes to work at the Cultural Heritage Administration during the day, but at night, he transforms into a mysterious thief who steals cultural assets by visiting the trafficking site of cultural assets.

Joining the actor in the lead cast is Lee Joo Woo who plays the role of Choi Min-woo, an elite police officer full of passion and justice.

Gathered at the script reading event to strengthen teamwork are Joo Won, Lee Joo Woo, Jo Han Chul, Kim Jae Won, Choi Hwa Jung and Lee Duk Hwa.

First, Joo Won brightened the gathering by revealing his strong aspirations.

“I will make a filming site where the process is enjoyable.”

True to that, not only did he perfectly digest Hwang Dae-myung’s foolish charm and character’s unique sly tone, but he also perfectly performed a thief specializing in mysterious cultural assets, with a 180-degree different voice.

Lee Joo Woo shows off her easy-going side by expressing the character of Choi Min-woo, who is as assertive as her outstanding abilities.

In addition, Jo Han Chul, who plays the role of Jang Tae-in, skillfully melted into the character and conveyed the belief of his character, who wants to recover the plundered cultural assets with his expressive power.

Next, Kim Jae Won, who plays the role of Shin Chang-hoon, raises the tension by radiating energy just by reading. Embodying the image of a police officer full of ambition, he also flaunts his playful charm as the youngest member of Team Karma.

Next, Choi Hwa Jung suits up as the lively and relaxed genius hacker Lee Chun-ja. She adds curiosity about the chemistry of Team Karma by matching her hands and feet with her opponents.

Lastly, Lee Duk Hwa takes the center stage by playing the indispensable villain Kim Young-su in Stealer The Treasure Keeper. Young-su’s viciousness, who stands at the peak of wealth with numerous cultural assets, but is blinded by endless greed, is vividly revived through the respected veteran actor’s acting.
